FEATURES:
Electrode for high abrasion resistance accompanied by impact. Excellent compressive strength and superior weldability. For areas where a combination of hardness, toughness, and frictional and abrasive resistance is required.

APPLICATIONS:
For the hard facing of parts subjected to severe abrasion accompanied by impact, fiberizer hammers, augers, screws, conveyors, scrappers, blast furnace bells, hoppers, press worm screw and EFB press.

WELDING PROCEDURE:
Use a medium- to wide-weaving technique, with an electrode angle of 75°C from the horizontal plane in the direction of travel.
