Certification Bodies

Narianan Munusamy, Founder

Qualified in Mechanical Engineering and certified as a Steam Engineer, he has over 40 years of experience in the operations & maintenance of Palm Oil Mills, Glove Manufacturing Plants, and Cable Manufacturing Plants. Also an expert in the operations & maintenance of thermal boilers and chiller systems, he has undergone various controls and automation training in the UK and Europe.

He has conducted various public and in-house welding programs in collaboration with SIRIM, FMM, RCFISET University Malaya, and OUM. Catering to a clientele within the palm oil, rubber, cement, mining, shipping, and many other heavy industries, he is currently primarily involved with failure analysis and wears problems rectification.

His R&D project on “How to Save Millions by Reducing Spare Part Inventory“ has aided various industries in cost-saving. He conducted approximately 100 programs on Reclamation Welding Technology for Palm Oil Industries, Repair, and Maintenance Welding Technology for General Industries.

FLUX CORED ARC WELDING (FCAW)

FCAW is the second-largest welding process used by industries due to its ability to produce an economical and acceptable quality of weld deposit with greater output confidence compared to conventional SMAW and GMAW processes. FCAW is normally performed with a CO2 shield to protect the weld pool from atmospheric attack, therefore making this a Gas-Shielded Process. This course enables participants to easily graduate as confident 1G/3G FCAW welders.
