FLUX CORED ARC WELDING (FCAW)

FCAW is the second-largest welding process used by industries due to its ability to produce an economical and acceptable quality of weld deposit with greater output confidence compared to conventional SMAW and GMAW processes. FCAW is normally performed with a CO2 shield to protect the weld pool from atmospheric attack, therefore making this a Gas-Shielded Process. This course enables participants to easily graduate as confident 1G/3G FCAW welders.
